I was referred by a friend. She called Friday late afternoon to see if they could get me in and out for an oil change that coming Monday. Brandy said yes, come in between 8:30-9. I got there about 8:45, staff was friendly, Brandy was energetic. They took my car right away and was done in about 40 minutes. I'll definitely go back!

This shop is different than many you may come across, its clean, its respectful, they work efficiently, They don't hold your car and just let it sit there, they get you in and out! They get busy its sometimes hard to get an appointment but its worth the wait, when a shop stays busy and been here almost 50 years ran by a father and daughter what does that say? ALOT to me, So I will wait to have my car worked on if i have to, just to get the service and work right the first time! Thanks clayton auto for the great work! Some of these reviews are funny to me cause if yall came here and just sat and watched Brandy work you would understand why she is the way she is! She is jam up on her job! She knows what she is doing and what she is talking about. There are not many women that can do what she does! So give her some slack and try her! You will be pleased with her and Mr John!

Brandy and her team are great! They are affordable and tell the truth about what is wrong with your car. They also do emissions testing also which is a plus! I'm glad I do not have to travel very far for car repairs or emissions testing.

12/10 recommend. Needed a mass air flow sensor. Check engine light finally came on for it after a long time of miscalculated mileage 3 miles would register as 8 miles on mileage sort of thing. Saw an IMMEDIATE difference driving it home! Registered as having more gas than when I dropped it off so I know the repair was a success. Also didn't have crazy spikes or drops in my mileage so I'm happy. I even had tire sensors being fussy from the overnight cold and they aired me up without even having to ask. Now that's service! Great shop, doesn't try to upcharge on things or take advantage of women. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Went there with my old school car because it was bottoming out on dips and alignment. They toke the time to explain what was needed and what was not. Didn't try to do unnecessary repairs and when you get the work done there the prices were fair. Will differently get more work done at Clayton Auto Service.

I was searching for repair shops for my 2020 GT500. The A/C went out and my extended warranty company gave me a list of shops in the area. This place was not listed but I called them, and they had worked with my extended warranty company before. Brandy was very friendly and helpful with my issue. I brought my car in, gave her the warranty contract number and their customer service line and she did the rest. They diagnosed the issue and immediately got the repairs approved through my warranty company. Brandy sent me an UV light photo to show exactly where the leak on my condenser was. They had to order the new part from Ford because they were not going to put some third-party Auto Zone parts in my car. I am very thankful for that. They got my car repaired as soon as the part came in and I got my car quicker than I originally thought. The service and the friendly all get five stars. I would recommend this shop for repairs and if my car ever needs service again, I will be back. Brandy really made it easy with her dealing with the extended warranty company.
