I found Clayton Auto Service by chance when trying to get my 2019 Optima accepted for shipment by the local Vehicle Processing Center. It was denied for a faulty electric emergency brake. Clayton Auto Service was the only auto shop around that was able to even look at my car same day. Unfortunately what they found was unable to be repaired same day. This was very worry-some as i was flying to my new duty station that evening. Clayton Auto Service went above and beyond and agreed to act as my agent with the VPC to drop off my car to them after the repairs. This would prove to be much more difficult than that, but they worked repeated with the VPC and myself and got my car dropped off. I have never in my life witnessed such and honest and hardworking auto shop.
